Hack House Performance offers a full lineup of classes built to elevate every aspect of your athlete's game. Players can sharpen their swing in our hitting sessions, refine mechanics in throwing / med ball sessions, or push their limits in strength and speed sessions. 

Each class is structured to develop real and measurable progress.

Monday: Lower Body Lift & Hitting

Level up your swing! 

Athletes attack each session with purpose - working on bat speed, approach, timing, and consistent hard contact. Using pro-level drills tailored to each hitter, we break down mechanics and rebuild confidence used to dominate the plate.

Strength & Conditioning Class

Tuesday: Throwing / Velo work / Med balls 

Tuesday classes are focused on developing smooth and confident, high-IQ defenders. Designed to build arm strength and safely increase throwing velocity through structured throwing progressions & explosive med ball work. Athletes work on footwork, mechanics, and strength training that transfer straight to game play.

Wednesday: Upper Body & Hitting

Build power & Control the Plate

 Wednesday class is designed to build strength, stability, and mechanics athletes need to drive the ball with power and consistency. Athletes will develop strength through structured workouts while immediately applying it in the cage, creating a direct transfer to game performance.

Thursday: Hitting / Speed & Agility

Our Thursday sessions help athletes develop the power & speed every player needs at the plate and on the field! Each session focuses on proper movement patterns, speed development, and mobility used to improve body control and speed into each swing.
